Oscillating knife Z64 88° for CNC cutting machines and flatbed tables

Sollex oscillating knife Z64 88° is a robust, high-quality blade developed for CNC digital cutting machines equipped with pneumatic or oscillating cutting tools. Its geometry is optimized for stable cutting performance in soft and thick materials where controlled penetration and consistent cut quality are essential.

The Z64 oscillating knife is developed for CNC digital cutting of soft and thick materials such as corrugated board, cardboard, foam, felt, insulation mats, rubber, and dry composite materials. The 88° blade angle and long cutting depth provide stable material penetration and consistent cutting performance, even when processing substrates with varying structure or density.

Z64 corresponds to Zund Z64 (5002739), Hasler H64 (1000640), and iEcho E64, and is manufactured by Sollex as an alternative for CNC digital cutting applications.
