Sollex Z52 rotary CNC knife is a decagonal (10-sided) HM/tungsten carbide knife developed for rotary cutting of demanding flexible and fibrous materials, including composite fabrics and heavy textiles. It is designed for applications involving aramid and Kevlar fabrics, carbon and glass fiber composites, polyester fabrics, felt, carpet, and paper, where clean separation, dimensional accuracy, and process stability are critical. 

Compared to Z50/Z51 blades, the Z52 features a larger overcut and lower cutting force, which improves cut quality in dense or layered materials while reducing mechanical load on driven rotary tools. 

Manufactured by Sollex, the Z52 is intended for use in DRT and PRT rotary modules and is optimized for stable, repeatable performance on flatbed cutting systems used across industrial textile, composite, and technical material processing.
