The v-groove router bit R141 is used to mill V-shaped edges 90° and up to 4mm deep to fold aluminum composite materials.

These R141 cutters have a milling diameter of 10mm and maximum rotation speed of 40000rpm and are suitable for routing a wide range of aluminum composite materials, e.g. Dibond, Alupanel, Gobond, Dilite. The R141 cutters can cut through both aluminum and polyethylene or mineral core layers.
